We work closely with your planner, venue and vendor team to make sure the design is beautiful, practical and installed according to the event timeline. We confirm access requirements, measurements, load-in details, venue restrictions and removal expectations before production is finalized. Events by Juna provides event design and décor, not wedding planning or day-of coordination.
Design the Atmosphere. Gather Around the Food.
For couples who want the celebration to feel warm, interactive and generous, Events by Juna can be paired with our optional sister catering service, Forno Via, led by Chef Shpendi Mancellari. Event design and catering receive a custom combined proposal, and bundle savings may be available when both are booked together.
Forno Via is a separate optional service; availability depends on venue rules, permission for outside catering and mobile-trailer access. Catering is never included in Events by Juna wedding pricing.
Wedding Questions
How far in advance should we inquire?
As soon as your venue and date are confirmed, especially for peak-season Saturdays. Availability is not guaranteed until the contract and retainer are received.
Do you offer wedding planning or day-of coordination?
No. Events by Juna provides event design, décor, fabrication and installation — we are not a wedding planner or day-of coordinator. Your planner or venue coordinator remains responsible for timelines, vendor management, ceremony logistics and event-day coordination, and we collaborate closely with them so the design is installed on schedule.
Can we book only one part of the wedding?
Yes. Depending on the date and scope, we can design a statement ceremony area, sweetheart table, reception installation or another focused part of the wedding.
Do you provide florals, linens and tablescapes?
Yes. Fresh and premium silk florals, plus curated premium satin and matte velvet linens, napkins, candles, cordless table lamps and layered tabletop details. Availability depends on quantity, color and date.
Do you deliver, install and return for removal?
Delivery and professional installation are included in each proposal, with removal added when it is included in the proposal or required by the venue.
What is required to reserve our date?
A signed contract and 50% non-refundable retainer secure the date. The remaining balance follows the payment schedule in your agreement.
